Over the last six years Organising
Solutions has contributed to a number of research and evaluation
projects including telephone interviews with professionals, community
representatives and members of the public. The following pieces of work
have been carried out for CAG Consultants for such projects, some
of which required research into possible interviewees and
all required excellent time management, interpersonal and planning
skills.
>> Part
of a team put together by CAG Consultants to develop a Food Strategy
for Plymouth. Undertook desk research and conducted 30 telephone
interviews with food and health professionals
>> Research
and development of networks within communities and amongst
service providers to build up contact databases which ensures
maximum participation in project events, for example as part of the development
of the Millbay Action Plan in Plymouth.
>>
Carried
out 80 in depth telephone interviews with professionals to evaluate
the effectiveness of the sustainable development frameworks in the
English Regions.
>> Quality
review telephone interviews with former clients.
>> Telephone
interviews with members of the public who had been clamped in the
London Borough of Camden as part of a parking facilities research
project - many of them reliving the experience as they were
interviewed!

She was an important part of making it a success, in developing the network of contacts and organising the stakeholder consultation events and themed meetings. With her, you know you are in totally safe hands: whatever you will need, she will have thought of it!" Gerard Couper, CAG Consultants."
