Organising Solutions also
provides a number of administrative support services as part of
research projects and project evaluations. When you are working to short
deadlines, it can be a relief to hand over the administration and
organising tasks to someone who is well equipped to do the job saving
both time and money. Being secure in the knowledge that these tasks will
be carried out competently and that problems will be anticipated and
dealt with as they arise frees you up to concentrate on more strategic
and core issues.
>> For the last five years Organising Solutions has been organising remotely seminars, workshops and focus groups and providing administrative support for them from afar a field as the north of Scotland, East Anglia, East Midlands, London and the South East. All you need to do is turn up on the day and be sure that everything will be in its place. >> Managing the interview process for participants in research projects – both face to face and telephone interviewees – setting up the logistics and encouraging them to take part. >> Developing networks within communities and amongst service providers to ensure maximum participation in events and building up your database for future use. >> Collating responses to surveys using Access database. >> Proofreading documents and organising their production and distribution.
