This
single cask of Demerara Rum was coloured at time of filling and
shipped immediately to the UK for maturation. 35 years of cool
damp cellaring has allowed a very concentrated and intensely
integrated balance of flavours to develop. Fruit and molasses
sweetness has been tempered by well controlled wood, which leads to
a long deep finish and lingering aftertaste.
This
is to be enjoyed quietly with carefully selected friends.
